Refund policy

Art House Bank GB's return policy for artwork is 30 days. To return artwork, you can:

Art House Bank will arrange a refund once the artwork has been returned. If your artwork was damaged in transit, you can contact Art House Bank GB to organiSe a return.

You can wrap the piece in as much of the original packaging as possible, put it back in the external packaging, and seal it to send back to Art House Bank. You will have to pay delivery to return the artwork.
